Cons

expected to answer client after hours management changes yearly RARE salary increases, even just annual cost of living increases dont happen worked there for 2 years and was on hiring/interview board for our team and was paid less than the new hire. Management refused to match their salary. didnt get a match for 3 years (just a match not more). if you want more pay you need to leave
