Pros

Strong sense of job security — the kind where you can actually plan long-term. Minimal interference from other teams, which means you can focus on getting your work done without unnecessary noise. Zero politics that affect your day-to-day — people mostly stay in their lanes and get along. Feels like a lifelong kind of company — stable, reliable, and not chasing trends every other quarter.

Cons

Career growth, especially in India, is quite limited. Don’t expect quick promotions or major upward movement. Compensation does increase annually, but that’s largely tied to individual performance rather than structured progression. While I consistently earned more than my OTE each year, the lack of a clear growth path can make long-term career advancement feel stagnant.
