- good internal mobility: I started as an intern and made it to a level 1 analyst after 6 months, as have other interns along with me. This seems to be a path management is willing to pursue as they were open to hearing me advocate for my promotion and supported my initiative - colleagues are generally very happy to help, asking questions is always encouraged and senior employees do their best to guide and help you; there is an emphasis on professional development and continuous learning - great office culture, a lot of the employees are on the younger side so lots of laughs and good vibes - there are also pretty cool benefits such as hybrid work schedules and flexible time off. I could also work remotely for a little while visiting home in another country, which was a great experience Overall, as a first job out of University, working at Meltwater so far has been a positive experience. I'm learning a lot on the way corporate functions, have some pretty cool perks to enjoy, all the while using this experience and opportunity to upskill and build myself.
