Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Meltwater! The people, the culture, the office, the company, and the work itself. The industry was fast-paced, kept us mentally stimulated, and logging on each day was exciting. The Support Team in particular, is a tight-knit unit, displaying true teamwork of knowledge sharing, respect, helping each other out, and healthy competition to make the job FUN! A phenomenal employee experience that was hard to walk away from.

Cons

My only comment would be that the larger company changes filtered down to hit the ground level at what felt harder, and the communication and timelines were not set. That said, I did and still do believe that this will only improve, and I know they are receptive to feedback and actively work to improve and act on it to make the employee experience the best it can be! It's not a con, but rather a stepping stone to build on.
