Blitzkreig Work Environment, But No Frills Company Culture
Pros
1. Strong company culture: culture embedded into every aspect of company processes. 2. Accessible Management(within your office): They do 1 on 1 meetings with you every month. 3. Accountability on the part of management: you rate yourself and the office on a monthly basis.
Cons
1. Lack of focus: too many metrics and quotas to feasibly hit. 2. Over cultured: Performance and moderate participation isn't enough. Your co-workers must become your best friends outside of the workplace to be considered for a management role. If you live far away or have a family, this makes climbing the ranks very difficult. 3. Low base salary: You don't start making proper commissions for at least four months. Pay out is also very delayed. 4. Mediocre product: lots of technical issues that distract you from focusing on sales and renewals. 5. Device Policy: you are expected to bring in over a million dollars of business with a refurbished $300 PC that can't even run Windows 10. If they had a BYOD policy, I would be so much happier.
