Great culture, great friends, and great company to work for hands down. Everyone is extremely supportive & truly wants you to succeed. You learn so much about so many different industries, and have high level conversations with C-level execs constantly. Not to mention there is a ton of personal & professional growth you experience.

Cons

There is a ton of work in the beginning that you have to do, but it is all worth it. It can be at times a bit difficult to balance work and life in the first few months, but once you get your groove & experience it is doable.

-CULTURE is important and drives results at Meltwater -Those who work hard will be successful and will be generously compensated - You will genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday and will learn a lot fast - Young people are given a great deal of responsibility and will grow personally and professionally

Cons

There are very little cons I've found in my 4 years here. Like any job you want to be successful at - you will work very hard. It's a steep learning curve at the beginning, but what you gain from your work is well worth it.

-Hands down the people are the best part of the company. Highly motivated, intelligent, and fun. Very helpful. -Meltwater looks for well-rounded candidates. As long as you are willing to take feedback, you will succeed.

Cons

-Client Acquisition is almost completely sales centered. Be confident that this is the type of role you want to learn.
