Great place begin sales/business career. The culture is like no other corporate office. Truly felt like a family.

Cons

Difficult to see the long-term direction of the company and that is reflected on every level of the company with constant changes and uncertainty. This makes it difficult for employees to see their individual long term outlook.

Cons

Every single day was stressful. Micromanaging management style was unbearable. Felt like management was against you rather than trying to help you learn and succeed.

they hire a bunch of attractive young people, many of whom will sleep with you because of the need to drink heavily to get through this job.

Cons

skeezy management, turns people off from what can be a very legitimate profession (sales) by giving confirming every awful stereotype about the job.
