      Pros

      Great coworkers. Everybody is very nice, big smiles and high-fives all around all the time. Lots of social stuff. Also nice offices with a good location. Once working at Meltwater, you will appreciate any job you have!

      Cons

      This is not a Trainee position. Dont be fooled. This is a sales position, where if you sell good over time, you can get a promotion. They will call it mgmt trainee, but it has nothing to do with that. Insane hours. You are expected to work well past regular hours, say goodbye to your friends. Appreciation. Unless you sell, dont expect to get any kudos for your many work hours, here, money in the bank is all that matters. And lastly, the product just isn't good enough. And working on the purchasing side of a company now, I would never buy it!
