      Pros

      Benefits are awesome. Compensation can be good. Many opportunities to advance and move up.

      Cons

      Only salespeople that like to go out and kill need apply. Turn over is VERY high. They burn through candidates who've just graduated, looking for the few natural killers. The better you are at their kind of sales, the quicker they move you into management. But in my experience, the better the salesperson, the worse the manager.

      Pros

      It taught you the hardship of cold call sales. Taught you how to build value when none appeared. Young environment.

      Cons

      Upper management was hard to communicate to. Not a positive work environment. Not supportive in allowing you to take off vacation days.

      Fun atmosphere / culture Competitive pay when hitting targets Management positions are promoted from within, so there are many possible career paths

      Poor communication from management Lack of tech support / slow response times and issues that just never get resolved Constantly changing initiatives from management
