      Pros

      Culture People The people at Meraki are vibrant and enthusiastic. Team events and outings are very common. This is a company that does it best to separate itself from the traditional cisco culture.

      Cons

      As one person already stated you will be playing territory roulette. Get a good territory and you’ll have a chance to succeed, if not you have NO chance. There is consistent praise for reps that do well and blame put on reps that don’t due to poor work ethic. There is consistent promise for change but nothing is ever done. Reps seem to be exiting weekly.

      Pros

      - Culture is cool - Technology's an easy-sell. - 1st-level managers are good - Perks like lunch, benefits, building on the water

      Cons

      - "Meraki Roulette" for sales territories. Some strong, others terrible. Leadership has a hard time making it a level playing field. - Mid-market sales role showed as promotion path but not set up to succeed. Reps and managers leaving. After so many years here, sad to see so many people leave. - Meraki reps have to compete against Cisco most of the time, so not a good role if you don't like playing politics

      Pros

      Great work environment and culture. You will receive two annual bonus as well as private health care, free food and all snacks you can eat, team trip, quarterly happiness budget and I could continue...

      Cons

      Working longer hours because of the meetings held in US time. But even so, if you already are in the tech industry you are probably already expecting to work longer hours then usual.
