Pros

There are really good pros at Meraki. Beautiful office, smart young colleagues, free catered food, snacks, dogs, events, every so often management surprises us with little extra treats like ice cream and massages - you name it, its your typical Bay Area tech company perks.

Cons

If you are in sales be concerned with some managers. The lack of professionalism in middle management really is disheartening and makes such an awesome company so unbearable. If you walk around the sales floor you will notice those with big personalities-management loves these hyper-aggressive machos. You will also hear that "at Meraki, its all about perception". So it's no surprise that all who have been promoted played their cards right. And to top it off, I am certainly not surprised at the sexist comments that has been circulating glassdoor threads, they are very real throughout the sales floor. I know Meraki tries hard to have an inclusive environment, however sales managers really needs a training or two on how to manage people.
