      Pros

      All the things you've heard above. Great tech and culture. Company is changing the industry forever. If you are looking for a great life work balance, it gets no better.

      Cons

      Everyone here is talented. But managements ability to create equitable territories borders on deplorable. If you do not get a gem territory, expect mediocrity during your career here.

      Pros

      Company is fun to work for, challenging, and growing. The people who work here are easy to meet, eager to work on new projects, and looking together towards growing the company.

      Cons

      There isn't much privacy in the open office concept. Integration with Cisco Systems is a bit complicated, as of yet.

      Pros

      Stable product, lots of room for market growth. Opportunities across the stack to make real customer impact through new features. Team continuously self-evaluates performance and culture and has above average retention of staff. The Meraki spirit that launched the company before the acquisition is still going strong.

      Cons

      None - I love it here.
