      Pros

      Good money to be had in sales. The perks and beautiful office are really inspiring. I wish other places paid half as much attention to the working environment as Meraki does.

      Cons

      It's big enough now that the experience will vary a lot depending on what team you're on. My team was great. Others... not so much. They pay well but not as well as other companies in the Valley. It's getting pretty big and Cisco-ified. A few more years and they'll be pretty much interchangeable.

      Pros

      Although under Cisco's umbrella, Merkai's culture is pretty great with wonderful people and companions (dogs). There are company trips and events year round, snack perks, and the occasional food fair.

      Cons

      There isn't much room for advancement unless in your in sales or any other department that matters the most. No working from home policy.

      Pros

      People are incredible smart but also very relatable. Good internal mobility once you work here. Company puts on great events and cares about employees happiness. Very low turnover which is the best indicator of a great place to work!

      Cons

      Not very open to work from home- they are honest about this in the interview process. Many other Bay Area tech companies have this as an option.
