      Once you are on your own, its hands off and easy going. Lots of downtime to focus and good support network.

      Nothing, Meraki is a terrible place to work, don’t go there.

      Cons

      Leadership is very Jr and although they make money, they have no idea how to lead teams. SE org is run like a fraternity, Sales Team run like an elite social club.

      Flexibility to work from home and go to the office 2-3 days a week. Work life balance is part of the culture. In office amenities are top notch.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking empathy due to the long tenure at the top. Collaboration is lacking for certain roles. No pay raises unless you change roles.
