- Company culture - Inclusivity + Diversity - Flexibility - Strict justifications for projects - Strong ethical motivations - Openness and communication from leadership

Cons

- Support is a bit rough due to the high demands on support reps - More and more Cisco oversight as Meraki grows larger - Compensation is weaker than many higher-valued competitors - The stock is pretty weak

It is nearly impossible to get a pay raise at Meraki. I worked or 3+ years and was treated as a disposable call center agent. Please avoid Meraki support if you're looking to build a meaningful career. As you progress, you will be forced into the high-touch call queues, and will not be given any compensation for it.
