Business Outlook
Pros
The flexibility of working remote or going to the office is a great perk. Office has food, drinks, and games to break up the day to day work. Benefits package is what you would expect from a big company such as Cisco (good benefits). Work-life balance is good as well.
Cons
The culture is what Cisco prides itself on, but that is lacking on the Meraki side. If you don't know the right people you will not be recognized or go farther than the role you start in. Career advancement and development goes to those that have been with the company even if they don't have the experience.
