Pros

After you see something toxic like this place, everything else in this world could look like flowers

Cons

This place is toxic. The Jira ticket can be 5 words and that's it. No details, no specs, no docs. You have to hunt around looking for things. And an item that would take about 1.5 day to finish, the manager will wisely tell you that it should take 2 hours. They do things that have a lot of technical debts, and then they don't write much comments, docs, and then when something crashed, they may come out as hero now because without docs, only they know how to fix. So they hack it, and appear as heroes. This is a pretty sickening place.

Pros

- if you get a good region you don’t need to do anything but answer emails. - solid product - can make your own schedule/ not do anything at all. - can get promoted without hitting quota (not sure if that’s a pro in the long run)

Cons

- if you’re good at sales, strap up, you won’t get promoted even if you hit 200%. It’s 100% dependent on if you fit their Disney soft culture/belong to an ERO club. You see people get promoted who NEVER hit quota. Not performance based career progression. - if you do get promoted you’ll make less than the SMB reps due to everything going on - terrible pay for industry - product is too dependent on geo-political issues and supply chain, which right now is basically a dumpster fire for the next full year. - 2-3 openings per team due to turnover - managers have zero sales experience so you’re on your own really
