      Pros

      A great place to get your career started, many of your peers will be on the same level as you are, so to speak.

      Cons

      Very siloed in terms of both work and equal treatment across the organization. If you're not a white engineer or least within product, expect that you will be treated with less importance or care. Also, turnover for underrepresented communities, especially black employees is not good and for very good reason
