Pros

Meraki does a great job of listening to their employees, being transparent, and cultivating a great place to work. There are monthly town halls with the GM, always with live Q&A that help employees feel connected to the direction of the company and the decisions made by executive leadership. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help answer any question or offer their support as needed.

Cons

At times, projects could move slow.

Pros

Meraki is a brilliant company to work for with a clear focus on; Personal development Employee well-being Striving to try new approaches Being accountable to the company’s core values Successful quota attainment Outside of the above, this is a fantastic role to gain experience of the networking world in a simplified way. Channel partnerships and account management are at the core of your responsibilities and less so on a, “boiler room” mentality. The majority of the Sales teams hit target and this allows accelerated earnings for overachievement. The whole leadership team in the EMEA/London office will drop what they’re doing to help should you need any guidance and there has been a real and deliberate mission to bring aware to the D&I in the company.

Cons

Whilst the pay is competitive, it can be challenging to obtain salary increases with fixed windows to do so (the pandemic has also impacted this). If you are eager to work in the office, this is currently unavailable due to local restrictions, but this may be a positive for many.
