New management with aristocratic/obsolete mindset which is not conducive to the values/core values which the company advertise/aspire to be,Cronyism/Nepotism where people with similar autocratic mindset with no DC experience or subject matter expertise are hired/promoted into senior positions due to their previous affiliation to senior manager hired. An autocratic mentality being driven downstream from the top senior management via the aforementioned hired associates
