      Pros

      - Accommodation covered - Work with some knowledgeable people

      Cons

      - extremely long hours, often the accommodation is not close to site, often travel times are over an hour - Senior Management does not care, they only care about themselves and their bonuses - poor pay progression when you work there for several years - company has got too big and is very too heavy, more senior managers than people that is doing work - poor communication between managers which leads to poor delivery of the projects - extremely high staff turnover - Only care about maximising end of year profit and not their people

      Pros

      Company is very fast paced but it has implemented processes and procedures to help. There seems to be the commitment to invest and there can be room to progress in your role but there could be more clearer goals on how you do this & timelines. People are friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management style can be a weakness. Lack of flexibility on working from home and hours. Can be very political in the team.
