- extremely long hours, often the accommodation is not close to site, often travel times are over an hour - Senior Management does not care, they only care about themselves and their bonuses - poor pay progression when you work there for several years - company has got too big and is very too heavy, more senior managers than people that is doing work - poor communication between managers which leads to poor delivery of the projects - extremely high staff turnover - Only care about maximising end of year profit and not their people
