      Lots of social events if you want to avail of them.

      Cons

      Open communication is not a priority. Can leave you not knowing how you stand with management. Salary could be better.

      Pros

      Management very engaged at the start of employment. Half way thorugh my employment, very disconected and no career progression in place. Employees in Europe have better opportunites.

      Cons

      No flexibitly in working from home. Required in the offoice full time, very old school. Should have more flexibilitity to allow working from home, no opportunity to travel abroad or transfer to sites abraod in Europe.
