Some great people work at Mercury, really know their stuff.

Cons

Don't treat apprentices overly well. Can be incredibly busy. Some of the senior guys won't even let you check your phone for the time without jumping down your throat. Some Senior guys know less than some junior engineers

Interview was very casual. Some basic aptitude questions. Other employees are generally friendly and easy to work with. Advise available if you ask for it

Cons

Pay was poor relative to the level of work expected. Long days are the norm. HR department seem disconnected with what goes on on site.
