Pros

- Many brilliant coworkers - Work has the potential to impact products used by billions of people

Cons

UX researchers are not that valued on product teams. Product decisions are made largely based on metrics. UX researchers are seen as someone that blocks projects, or as someone that only gives input into short term decisions. Products get prioritized to drive metrics, even when there are no clear user needs.
