- leaders are 100% self serving empire builders who reward loyalists at the cost of everyone else - perpetual chaos. changes daily that minimize you as a human and clearly no direction - you constantly feel busy because you are doing a lot, not really meaningful work, but constant struggle of things breaking bcus lack of forethought. Chasing speed at the cost of all else
