      Best Benefits in the business - Medical, Dental, Mental Health, Vision etc. - 401K Matching - Wellness Benefits - 6 month Maternity and Paternity leave

      Cons

      Promotion is done on a lagging basis and you will more than likely come in a level or two below your actual capabilities - Lateral mobility is very difficult/not possible for most employees, but especially new hires/early-career hires. If you work for 6 months, leave for two years and come back you will more than triple your salary and level than if you stayed for the same amount of time.
