      Cons

      Long time middle management who joined company at an early stage and no longer have the competence to run larger teams as the company grew.

      A incredible place to work for

      Pros

      I've been in multiple tech companies so far and I must say that Facebook really does an amazing job at putting its employee in the best position to make them successful. We have the perfect workplace, our career is the main focus of our managers and diversity is not only encourage, but actively advocate (really, the initiative in term of gender equality, the fight against ethnical or confessional based bias here is fuel with so much energy that it should be a standard in modern companies). Also, the well-known CEO really has a plan and is totally transparent about it. I would definitively work here.

      Cons

      Sometimes, I must admit that the all motivational aspect of the culture is a little bit exaggerated, however, most of those great principles "aim higher, don't be afraid to do something..." are actually enforced so, all in all, it is not a big issue and it's align with the company culture.
