Absolutely awesome group of people, culture, perks and overall culture and work environment. Lots of opportunities to learn and stay busy, as well as take upon on your own challenges. Work-life balance is great if you get your work done and don't slack.
Cons
With explosive growth, a lot of recently hired lower/middle management isn't very technical and therefore have no idea what engineers actually do, which can create some challenges.
Good working environment, the people that work here are generally very polite and pleasant. Offices have some perks like lunch and drinks.
Cons
Nothing major, its a lottery when it comes to whos your manager. Some will be really good, others, not so much. Some teams may be tight-knit enough where it might be difficult to progress and there might be some favoritism ongoing
