      1. Interview process is very old-fashioned. 2. The behavioral interview really depends on the person interviewing more than the person being interviewed.

      1. food 2. good office 3. lots of work if you enjoy doing work. 4. Self Automation: Company encourages you to find your own projects, and then drive those projects yourself. This is expected starting from the junior ICs, which prepares people for tough challenges and acquire new skills. 5. Learn and do the right thing: A good amount of people are very talented in the company, mostly people before 2020. If you are lucky to work with them, then learn from them, and try to always find what is the best solution for business.

      1. There is a lot of bullying. 2. People will throw you under the bus 3. At the end of the day, it is just you fighting for yourself. 4. You dont get the reward/acknowledgement for your work.
