Pros

Working with brilliant and intelligent Co-workers around the world. Base salary, bonus and additional perks are incredible. Given all the necessary tools you need for your role.

Cons

Leadership team (from VP onwards)- they do not have a clear strategy. They cut essential teams with essential projects as they aren’t close enough to understand what teams do, to be able to pay for a quickly failing R&D project - Metaverse. You could lose the progress you’ve been making because of their cuts and get a bad performance review. They like to rename the bad things they do (like mass firing people) to make it seem better. Do not expect job security here even if you perform well.
