Pros

Very smart people who cultivate a culture of excellence. Good perks

Cons

You have to use Atlas which is kind of internal Facebook for organisations, in this Atlas you have to publish posts about the projects you work on. The amount of likes, shares and comments your internal post gets impact your evaluation and your rating. You have to conduct self-assessment every 6 months (which is fine per-se) however you must provide 5 colleagues at least that will fill their opinion over your performances. The craziest thing is that you don't get to see their feedback and learn about it only from your manager. The HR in the Tel Aviv office is very problematic, they have difficulties understanding what Program Managers do and it's quite daunting working with them.
