• Work Life balance • Shuttles that will take you just about anywhere in the bay area • Fast culture that allows mistakes as long as you continue to move forward • So many diverse opportunities • Ability to apply to transition roles if yours isn't working out • Amazing benefits for Full Time Employees including free food, stipends for gym memberships & free dry cleaning • Open line of communication available to any level employee

Cons

• Contractors are expected to act like full time employees in every facet of the job EXCEPT the benefits • Some managers could use management training to better handle sensitive information like peer reviews • People forget they work with each other, and forget to treat one another with respect on shuttles
