      Pros

      True commitment to quality of life and remote work, family-friendly environment, top of industry comp, bleeding edge products and a surprising (to a new staffer) dedication to ethical development and user privacy.

      Cons

      Onboarding is intense because there's such a deep and broad knowledgebase to learn. Sometimes there can be a lot of competition for resources due to the company being broad, though I don't know if this is healthy or unhealthy, as its a bit over my head. Intimidating to work with high end people and you have to bring your best every day.
