      Unstable environment with high layoff risk

      - Any pro does not matter. You will likely not be there

      Cons

      - If you currently have a job. ANY JOB. Do not risk it. - Environment is unstable and people are hired and then impacted by layoffs 3-6 months after they start. - Hiring plans are disconnected from layoff plans. - Moving to meta means you risk being unemployed quickly. - Layoff packages for those who are here less than a year does not compensate you enough for the risk you take changing jobs.
