Pros

- Amazing Benefits (equity, wellness allowance, remote work allowance) - Competitive Pay (basic pay above market + bonuses) - Annual Paid Leaves (additional leaves not mandated by government) - Great work environment (supports work life balance, not too strict, supportive leadership)

Cons

- Currently unstable... you could probably be laid off at any time, and they seem to not know what direction they are going anymore - Lack of structure... I was part of Meta FinTech, and the organizational structure was a mess, standard operating procedures were basically non-existent, and success measures were not put in place - Career Opportunities - I was laid off, and they claimed to be on freeze-hire, and yet there were job openings that were not offered to me, even when they matched my experience, but offered externally The layoffs were a pain, but working there was otherwise great.
