      Pros

      Facebook has shown more care to both Employees, Customers and the Communities it supports than I have ever been a part of. Its this care that is ingrained in our culture throughout the organization. Intertwined with this is open communication. This is a force multiplier as no one feels as an outsider or not knowing how they fit into the shared success of the organization.

      Cons

      Facebook moves fast! You need to be a self starter ready to jump in and keep up on your own. You will not have the typical guardrails that exist in other companies.

      Awesome team. Working with technology at scale I only dreamed of at other jobs. The (free) food is fantastic. I get tons of autonomy and room to explore and grow.

      Cons

      It's a long commute from nearby cities.
