Pros
They pay really well, and have well defined career growth. The performance review systems are great for motivating people and providing actionable feedback. Can do big things, even if you are on a small team, you can literally reach out to anyone in the company to make / call out problems. The caveat is that your local team's leadership is incentivized to hammer down your concerns and then raise those concerns themselves. Ignore your leadership, and focus on doing the right thing and you will have a grand time.
Cons
This company does not know how to ship a large piece of software and wants immediate results (2-3 months to demonstrate something promising, with an expectation that by another 2-3 months it will ship). If this does not happen they will push your team to develop something different or radically change the thing you are trying to make.
