      - Good pay - Many tools to help you work efficiently - Very fast-moving - Free food and decent perks/insurance - Provides a bunch of vacation days

      Cons

      - "Impact" driven and orgs/company direction change very often - Highly demanding in certain teams - High pressure environment

      Pros

      Comp is great, perks are even better. Only rivalled by other FAANG, fintech companies and some well funded start-ups. WLB is reasonable. Work needs to get done, but you're not expected to make it the purpose of your life.

      Cons

      Tech stack is only okay. Most people write very good code, but everything is bloated and badly documented. Management has been making weird decisions lately and as a result the future of company is uncertain.
