So much change that there never seems to be a clear direction of travel. A lot of work goes to waste as a result. HR run this company and have no room for edge cases or common sense in their policy application. Constant negativity surrounding the company makes it very hard to feel a sense of pride working here Promotions are lagging so increased scope does not correlate to career progression or salary increase. The company without doubt takes as much advantage of this as possible. Internal moves are lateral only, if you are successful for an internal role you will not be promoted into it even if it is a more senior role.
