      Pros

      - Very compassionate leadership team. They truly value their employees - Great benefits - Very inclusive and uplifting work environment - Friendly co-workers genuinely interested to make a difference

      Cons

      - Most of the tools used by Facebook are internal. This requires some ramp up - 401k match is not the best in the industry - No tuition reimbursement

      - Great people/team to work with - very Friendly folks in all support organizations - Great perks - Makes the stress worthwhile at some moments

      Cons

      - Stressful environment with no appropriate coaching. - Manager threaten to fire me in the first 3 months. I have proven track record in several high profile companies. - Dev and get well plans are smoke screens - First time managers can’t fathom disagreement - a very hypocritical feedback & internal employee survey process

      Impostor syndrome is a real thing. Find your strengths and learn to be vulnerable. There are brilliant people all around you. The good news is they are all willing to help!
