Cons

Internal leveling isn't often met with expectations requested for a role. You could potentially accept an offer at Facebook at a level that would limit transfer opportunities until you reach next level, even if you have the externally facing requirements and experience. Neverending negative news cycle. Marketing here has become very technical and tactical... The work is neverending and not very fulfilling (unless you have great partners, and even then it can be challenging). So much information overload. So many resources that it causes paralysis and a feeling that growth feels stagnant and done by a checklist of expectations and navigating politics.
