Great pay, great benefits, culture went downhill
Pros
Great pay and benefits. Things like mental health and taking leaves when needed are welcomed and encouraged and truly supported by the company. A lot of great smart people to work and collaborate with. Travel is expected and will be held against you come performance review time if you opted not to travel or could not for whatever reason. Diversity and Inclusion is really important and that is felt throughout the company culture.
Cons
Never had a manager in place longer than a few months so did not feel supported or like anyone really took the time to get to know me or my skill sets. The culture changed significantly while I was there and the process to execute layoffs did not feel like a fair one. Internal career opportunities felt limited.
