      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Meta very much. I was an L6 software engineer. I found the culture positive and enjoyed working with smart and talented people on challenging problems.

      Cons

      You have to work to find interesting challenges, and if you don't choose the right team you'll deal with a lot of politics.
