You are given work goals that are physically impossible because the management just made them up then you are held responsible because you didn't change the laws of physics to meet their whims. Zero career opportunities given to you by management. Don't dare try taking time off for personal reasons. You are owned by the management and your only reason to exist is to work hard to make them look good.
