Pros
Working with very talented, intelligent, capable people who are also pleasant to work with. You feel the company's culture, which makes it feel more than just a place of work. People are really passionate about certain topics and for the most part you feel that people's hearts and the company's heart is in the right place, even if there are challenging decisions to be made. The benefits are really great, especially for parents.
Cons
Too corporate, often administration gets in the way of doing things. Lots of internal politics and external politics get in the way of work. People get too invested personally, crosses professional boundaries a bit. Challenging to justify the many controversial decisions taken to friends and family.
