      Recruiting Team Growing Too Fast with bad Hires

      Pros

      -Great pay -Name brand on your resume -Use to be a great place until about the last 8 months -Some intelligent colleagues still left Come here for the salary if you can handle the hours and having a name brand on your resume so you can get a better job as they are hiring too many bad recruiters

      Cons

      -Long hours -Higher metrics/goals -R4R is making bad hires in recruiting to hit numbers, team is over 1k - Compete with fellow recruiters for candidates, lots of scuffles over ownership -Too many bad leaders with high metrics they could never hit

      Pros

      Amazingly progressive in so many aspects. Being bold and taking risks while thinking outside of the box are truly appreciated. Feedback is openly given and requested at all levels and incorporated into changes (where warranted) quickly.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and furious. Onboarding process re: tools available and how to access could be beefed up a bit, but would need to be on a department level to be of significant value.
