High pay, smart co-workers, fast-promotion.
Cons
A lot of disrespect from the leadership toward employees recently. They are going all-in on AI, betting that most employees can be replaced, so burning bridges with employees is apparently considered acceptable. This ranges from forced keyboard, screenshot, and mouse monitoring despite employees’ privacy concerns, to the CTO arguing with employees on Workplace in a disrespectful tone, to forcibly drafting thousands of people into the new AI org, to completely ignoring layoff rumors for months. This was a dream company to work for around 2019, but now it’s a nightmare.
