The culture can feel a bit cut-throat at times depending on the team your own. The company's policy on election integrity, hate speech, reporting and action'ing of reported abusive behavior and misinformation is at times questionable. The 'committee' to evaluate the former president's worthiness to be on the platform is a joke.

There were 3 re-orgs within the first 6 months of my employment, one of which changed my job function and the other two changed my manager. I was never asked if the re-org that would change my job function was something I wanted, and there was no support for this constant change. The first re-org came 3 weeks after I was hired. I once voiced my concerns about the new job function not aligning with my strengths and was told I was lucky to work at Facebook. So it really is luck of the draw which team you're on, and there is no way to interview onto a good team because the re-orgs happen so frequently.
