- Human values and ethics, government regulations and policies are seen as challenges to overcome and not as something that needs to be incorporated in the culture and respected. - While there is collaboration to get things done, you are always alone in your struggle to hold on to your job. You need to be political and make friends. You cannot speak or do against the status quo. You cannot experiment and fail. All of these lose your job. - Nothing is below the line if you can make profit out of it. - There is no psychological safety. Competition within team, blindly following the leadership, backstabbing, ignoring human emotions are all normalized.
